A growing family with young kids needed more living space. Does that sound familiar? Starting with a tricky little unfinished basement, we knew our design needed to accommodate existing mechanical equipment and plumbing rough-ins. After carefully measuring all the existing features, the design sketching began. The result was an efficient layout offering a new bedroom, bathroom, and play area, and we also created a “kids only” reading nook by finishing part of the crawl space!
